The Reservation Process:
Generally, departments of the UMKC School of Medicine with a need for skills or simulation training have the highest priority in scheduling. Meetings and events such as journal clubs without a skills training component are the lowest priority, and are discouraged from using the lab for this purpose. To assure the best possibility for receiving the time and space desired, reservations submitted for the coming academic term, prior to the start of the term, have the best chance of being scheduled. While we will make every attempt to provide the requested space, we reserve the right to move groups within the lab to make the best possible use of resources.
Submitting a Reservation Request:
Please complete the reservation request form. After submission, a CTF staff member will contact you by phone or email after review of the request. Please allow up to 2 business days for a response.
Cancellations:
We understand that schedules and plans change. Space and time in the CTF is at a premium; therefore, if you must cancel a reservation, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. Chances are very good another group is waiting to use the space.
Food:
Bottled water only is allowed in the classroom areas of the CTF, otherwise there is no food and drink permitted in the facility.
