Biography

Through the work of the Department of Graduate Health Professions, Laura has had the opportunity to work with innovative and exciting programs that help meet the healthcare needs of the community. Her work focuses on student support services and accreditation maintenance enabling her to improve the student experience and program outcomes. She began working at UMKC because of the institution’s mission as an urban, research institution. Laura continues to work at UMKC because of the people! Her students and colleagues make each day matter.

In her personal time, Laura is committed to serving her community through the work of her local Rotary Club.
