During a UMKC Freshman Visit, prospective students and guests start at UMKC’s Volker Campus with a university overview presentation, walking tour and lunch (subject to dining hall hours), proceeded by a program presentation and student-led tour at the School of Medicine.

M.D. Visit (On Campus – St. Joseph)
Mar 8 @ 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm

The visit will consist of an information session and a tour of the School of Medicine spaces in Mosaic Life Care. Prospective students will have the opportunity to learn more about the docent experience, academic and financial support, and the overall student experience at UMKC’s St. Joseph Campus. Note: Since UMKC School of Medicine – St. Joseph Campus is located within an active health care facility, masks may be required at the time of visit. Please no children or extra attendees other than the prospective student. Thank you.

PA/MSA Visit (On Campus)
Mar 12 @ 11:00 am – 12:30 pm

The School of Medicine offers an overview of both the Master of Science in Anesthesia (MSA or AA) program and Master of Medical Science Physician Assistant (MMSPA or PA) program. These sessions allow students to meet with a representative from the Office of Admissions as well as an administrator or faculty member in the MSA and PA programs.
