The Food as Medicine Everyday (FAME) elective offers students the chance to learn fundamental nutrition concepts to enhance the student’s ability to communicate with patients the importance of a nutritious diet. The class will be held online offering interactive cooking demonstrations, lectures, case-studies, and at-home activities. The class requires live, online class time on Mondays and Wednesdays 10am-12:30pm.
