Join your friends, coworkers and classmates in a gentle, yet effective yoga session. Celebrate International Yoga Day stretching and learning from a certified yoga instructor. The class starts at 6pm and is open to all. We ask that you register on the events calendar on this page or email leslie.carto@tmcmed.org. The first 25 yogis to sign up receive free yoga mats. You’ll also be able to register to win an exciting gift basket.
