The Office of International Programs at the UMKC School of Medicine is partnering with the American Association of Medical College to offer UMKC School of Medicine Students VSLO. VSLO stands for Visiting Students Learning Opportunities. This exciting new partnership allows UMKC students to participate in over 2000 clinical, service learning, and/or research rotations in 44 countries worldwide. VSLO is a searchable web-based platform that allows students to easily search and apply for the international rotation that is just right for them. Based on each student’s preferences, students can fine tune their search by country, specialty, type of rotation, language of instruction, and time of year.
If you would like to explore VSLO, contact the Office of International Programs at 816-235-5882, or drop by M4-C03-D if you have questions.
