IT offers live, online chat support

The University’s Instructional Technology Services now provides a live, online chat support for faculty or students who need technical help accessing or using their Blackboard accounts.

Chat support is available during regular business hours as well as from 7-10 p.m. on Sundays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Normal business hours are 7 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

UMKC Instructional Technology Service employees will support Moodle, Blackboard and Blackboard-related products such at Turnitin, Wimba, Tegrity, etc. live chat support link can be accessed at or through the Blackboard login page.
