The Office of Diversity and Community Partnership will continue to:

  • Promote policies, initiatives and resources that create an environment of success for all, including underrepresented students and faculty
  • Increase the diversity of students and faculty through recruitment and retention activities
  • Strengthen connections between the medical school and community it serves through collaboration and service learning.

Although the name has changed, the goals of the office continue to reflect the following belief: that a vibrant and diverse institutional climate is essential to providing medical education that reflects excellence in health care delivery.
