Faculty members interested in developing their careers as educational innovators and future leaders are invited to apply to participate in the Macy Faculty Scholars Program offered by the Josiah Macy Jr. Foundation.
The two-year program is devoted to a mentored educational innovation project and other career development activities. Up to five program scholars are selected each year.

Scholars must be have served five or more years as a faculty member, preferably at the sponsoring school, and be nominated by the dean of their school.
Scholars will participate in a national educational network, the annual Macy Faculty Scholars meeting, and have access to other Macy-funded activities.
