The sidewalk along the east side of the UMKC School of Medicine (along Charlotte Street) will be closed beginning July 6 while roofing repairs are being conducted. In addition, there will be an intermittent loss of parking stalls as the repair crew uses the area to hoist materials to and from the roof.
The roof repair is anticipated to take 60 calendar days, lasting through the first week of September.
The emergency drive between Truman Medical Center and the School of Medicine will not be affected or disrupted during the work.
