Volunteers who have supported the Sojourner Clinic, the UMKC School of Medicine student-operated free heal clinic for the inner-city homeless, were recognized and honored at the clinic’s annual banquet on May 15 at Diastole.
The event brought together student and faculty volunteers, financial supporters and community partners to celebrated the clinic’s ninth year of operation and recognize students, faculty and donors for their service throughout the school year.
