This is a peer nominated award given to residents and fellows who demonstrate excellence in clinical care as well as collegiality and collaboration between departments. Dr Neff’s nomination commented on his positive attitude and his commitment to putting patients first. The nomination went on to say what a pleasure it was to work with him in the Truman ICU and CMH ER. The nominator felt that Dr Neff was “most deserving of this recognition.”
