This Fellowship provides the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills in the area of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology while working in a multidisciplinary environment.
This program has been designed to ensure that upon successful completion of two post-graduate years, the fellow will be prepared to function as a consultant to pediatricians, family practitioners, pediatric surgeons, pediatric urologists, obstetricians and gynecologists in the gynecologic care of girls from birth to age 21.
Fellows will blend their clinical time between active PAG practice, surgery and relevant interdisciplinary rotations within Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine and Surgery subspecialties.
Independent academic OB/GYN practice at the faculty level is incorporated into the experience.
In addition, the fellowship is designed to obtain skills by academic instruction and clinical research to function effectively in the arena of basic and clinical research in pediatric and adolescent gynecology.
