Meet Howard Rosenthal
Biography

Dr. Howard Rosenthal received his medical education at the University of Arizona and completed his orthopaedic surgery residency training at the University of Kansas in Kansas City, Kansas. Dr. Rosenthal did an orthopaedic oncology fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York City which he completed in 1991. After four years as staff at KU, he entered private practice in Kansas City. He heads our musculosketetal oncology rotation at the Midwest Sarcoma Institute at University of Kansas Hospital – Indian Creek Campus. Dr. Rosenthal also has privileges at Truman Medical Center and Children’s Mercy Hospital on Hospital Hill. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and a fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery.
