| Carrie Carter is a lifelong resident of the Kansas City metropolitan area. Carrie attended Missouri Southern State University and was a collegiate athlete; achieving a national title. Carrie has worked in many fields and has always had an interest in education. She is very proud to be able to provide a supporting role to those who give back to the community by providing education and emergency medical services. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family and enjoys seeing the country on her motorcycle. | |
