Last Day for Student Organization Purchase Requests

Greetings Student Organization Leaders and Advisors!

The last day to make purchases using a UMKC Student Organization MoCode account for the 2021 Fiscal year is May 31, 2021.  

All purchases from an annual budget or recently funded event by event request must be completed by 5pm Monday, May 31, 2021.

Student Organization MoCode accounts will be frozen after May 31, 2021 to audit all student accounts and prepare for the new fiscal year.

All final purchases must be in compliance with your annual budget or recently funded event-by-event requests.

Please be sure to submit all purchase requests as soon as possible to ensure completion by 5pm on May 31, 2021!  

No purchases will be made using student activity funds after May, 31, 2021.

Please note the Student Activity Fee Committee is out of session until August 2021 therefore reallocation requests will no longer be reviewed or approved for fiscal year 2021.
