UMKC School of Medicine residents and students may contact a team of study coordinators called Research Support for guidance on how to submit research protocols to the applicable review committees such as the UMKC Institutional Review Board (IRB), Children’s Mercy IRB, St. Luke’s Hospital IRB and preparation of the University Health Research Application Form for department approval.
