Didactics

During didactics, faculty, pharmacists, psychoanalysts, psychologists, and staff from other disciplines cover a wide range of topics. In recent years, didactic topics have included: major DSM 5 diagnoses, PRITE review sessions, psychopharmacology, Neurology, Neuropsychiatry, Cognitive Neuroscience, Psychotherapy, Psychiatry & Philosophy, Psychiatry & Religion, Quality Improvement and Patient Safety, Research Methodology, etc.

There are monthly built-in Resident Wellness sessions for each class during these academic half-days. Residents also learn from Medicine and Neurology faculty during off-service Rotations.
