Fee Schedule


Room Reservation Fees*

(if applicable – see Policy No. 23)

Fees are based on per day usage during: Business Hours, Off-Hours, and Weekends

Business Hours

(Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM)

Theater A – $500/day, $250/half-day or less

Theater B – $500/day, $250/half-day or less

Theater C – $500/day, $250/half-day or less

Computer Lab – $400/day, $200/half-day or less

All other Rooms – $300/day, $150/half-day or less

Day = more than 4 hours
Half-day = up to 4 hours

 

Off-Hours

(Monday-Friday)

Same fee-schedule as Business Hours + additional $100 per event.

 

Weekends

(Saturday-Sunday)

Same fee-schedule as Business Hours + additional $250 per event.

  • *All fees listed are subject to change without notice. Please reference this document for current rates and/or if you anticipate a fee for your scheduled event.
  • *Any fee changes made after your event has been scheduled will not apply to your event, and the event will be charged the appropriate rate at the time of booking.
  • *If the event will include vendors or exhibitors, whom are charged any fee(s) – prior to or after the event – for admittance/participation, use of School of Medicine [SOM] space, table(s),  or other resources (i.e. SOM WiFi, power/cables, misc. utilities or support from the SOM, then the SOM may request up to 20% of the total fees charged to the exhibitors.
  • *Payment must be made prior to event.
