Information Sessions, Consultations and Visit Options
The UMKC School of Medicine offers prospective B.A./M.D., M.D., PA and MSA students and their families a range of opportunities to engage with the School of Medicine community and learn about our programs first hand. We offer various information sessions, consultations and tours in both in-person and virtual formats for your convenience.

Registration
Although parents and family are welcome to attend, registration for all sessions should always be completed directly by the student. This helps to ensure a consistent approach during the application process, encourages student responsibility and ensures that recorded information is accurate. Students should contact the School of Medicine Office of Admissions and Recruitment directly if registration becomes full or if they are looking to register less than one week prior to the event.
Information Session Options
Information sessions include a formal program presentation, a general Q&A, and a tour of facilities if in-person. Members of the School of Medicine Admissions and Recruitment team cover eligibility requirements, program information and other related topics during these group visits.
B.A./M.D. Information Sessions

Consultations offer prospective students an opportunity to meet with members of the School of Medicine Admissions and Recruitment team in an individual setting. We are happy to discuss program requirements, the curriculum and other related topics during these sessions. If in-person, campus tours are also available during consultations.
