Haley Combs, M.D.

Biography

In 2025, Dr. Haley Combs joins University Health Lakewood Medical Center.  Dr. Combs trained at the West Suburban Family Medicine residency in Chicago and most recently worked in rural primary care in Wisconsin, including being part time faculty for residents.  Dr. Combs provides family medicine care at our University Health Primary Care Lakewood Pavilion. Dr. Combs will also see patients in our Maternal Care Clinic. As part of full scope family medicine, Dr. Combs will also be delivering babies at University Health Lakewood Birthplace.

Dr. Combs loves getting to know people in context – whether that’s seeing a whole family from grandparents to newborns, learning a patient’s backstory and goals, or watching a child grow up—seeing people evolve and knowing them well makes medicine meaningful. Dr. Combs also loves helping people feel empowered to make personalized medical decisions for themselves at different life stages.

Dr. Combs is finishing a fellowship in Integrative Medicine through AIHM in May. Outside of medicine, Dr. Combs loves reading, yoga, cooking and being an active part of her church community.
