Biography

 In 2020, Dr. Corcoran joined University Health Lakewood Medical Center as a primary care physician in our UH Lakewood Pavilion and Maternal Care Clinic. In 2023, Dr. Corcoran was appointed as Core Faculty for the UMKC Family Medicine Residency. Dr. Corcoran also holds certification for Spanish language proficiency in family practice.

Dr. Corcoran loves providing care to the whole family. She is particularly passionate about ensuring access to high quality medical care to underserved communities. Her passion for Family Medicine keeps her working to provide the best care and empower her patients to take charge of their own health. Dr. Corcoran enjoys the full spectrum of well visits, office based procedures, chronic disease management and providing prenatal and postpartum care. She enjoys teaching and learning alongside the residents and medical students.

Dr. Corcoran loves to get outside with her husband and three children. When the weather’s bad, she can be found knitting, baking, cooking or planning the next great adventure.
