Biography

Dr. Carney is a graduate of the UMKC School of Medicine’s B.A./M.D. program and completed her Emergency Medicine residency at Truman Medical Center. She completed an EMS fellowship at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, and is a board-certified EMS Physician. Dr. Carney currently practices as a staff physician and member of the faculty in the Emergency Department at Truman Medical Center Hospital Hill. She is also the EMS Medical Director for the City of Kansas City, Missouri.
