Biography

Dr. Norgard  is a Pharm.D. who currently serves as an Associate Professor at the  University of Missouri-Kansas City, School of Medicine where he teaches cardiovascular pharmacology and works clinically within the Cardiology Department at University Health Truman Medical Center.
