Biography

Having completed his medical training at the University of Kansas School of Medicine, Dr. Gurba went on to do his orthopaedic training at the University of Missouri – Kansas City. He then continued with his training by doing a Joint Reconstruction Fellowship at the Rothman Institute in Philadelphia. He heads our joint service teaching panel at St. Luke’s. He joined the staff at Saint Luke’s in 1985. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
