Finance Deadlines and Program Funding Schedule
FY2026 GME Finance Deadlines
- May 26 – Last day to submit awards for payroll processing
- May 29 – Last day to submit reimbursements for transactions dated prior to April 1st
- May 31 – Last day to submit requests for Research Presentation Funding (conference dates through June 30th)
- June 15 – Last day to submit purchase/pay requests over $5,000
- June 22 – Last day to submit for reimbursements, purchases, and pay requests
- For graduation events scheduled after this date, please reach out to coordinate payment if you have not done so already
- June 29 – Last day to adjust schedules in New Innovations
FY2027 Program Funds
- Any requests received after the deadlines above will be applied to FY2027 funding
- For reimbursement/purchase requests for FY2027 sent prior to July 1, please Include “FY2027 Funds” in the subject line
- Requests will be processed starting July 1
- Program funding amounts will be available in mid-July
