Research Support
UMKC School of Medicine residents and students may contact the Research Support team for guidance on preparing the University Health Research Application Form for department approval and submitting research protocols to the applicable review committees, such as the UMKC Institutional Review Board (IRB), Children’s Mercy IRB, and St. Luke’s Hospital IRB.

GME Ombudsman
Developed to promote a positive climate for residency and fellowship education, the ombudsman serves as an independent, impartial, informal and confidential resource for residents and fellows with training-related concerns.
