The Office of Equity and Title IX (ETIX)
This office outlines the university policy and process for reporting. As mentioned, they receive mistreatment reports after they're filed using the Mistreatment Report form. You do not need to file a separate report with ETIX; however, if you feel more comfortable reporting directly to the office and discussing this incident with a confidential resource, you can reach out UMKC's counseling services through Roo Wellness.
