Faculty Development Courses
Learn more about our 10-month Experiential Learning and Innovation through Transformative Experiences (ELITE) program designed for non-tenured faculty who teach in undergraduate, graduate or graduate medical education. Or, explore our master's program course designed to help faculty develop the skills needed to effectively teach through simulation.
Just-in-Time Faculty Support
We pride ourselves on bringing the knowledge and expertise necessary to assist health profession educators in developing and executing a high-quality simulation event program. We are available to support both novice and advanced simulation educators in a variety of ways, including but not limited to:
- De-novo event, course, or program creation
- Writing objectives
- Writing simulation scenarios
- Pilot testing simulations
- Developing a learner assessment plan
- Developing a program evaluation plan
- Designing and/or implementing simulation-based research
- Faculty development (by program or unit)
