All members have been nominated by the residents. The committee members aim to provide guidance on clinical skills, research opportunities and career planning while emphasizing the importance of work-life balance and emotional well-being. It annually hosts an event for mentors and their resident mentees. Each resident is assigned a mentor after matching based on their personal goals and interests. Residents may change mentors if a better fit is found during residency.
