PGY-1 Salary and Benefits
All PGY-1 residents are employed by and paid by the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) Employment System, also known as The Curators of the University of Missouri.The Office of Graduate Me.dical Education maintains salary, benefit, and contract information for UMKC-employed residents.

PGY-2 Through PGY-4 Benefits
Residents in PGY-2 through PGY-4 transition to a mixed-employment model, in which residents may be employed by either UMKC or Missouri Department of Mental Health (MO DMH), Center for Behavioral Medicine (CBM).
