Yes. The program prefers these applicants include a letter from their current/former program director acknowledging their support of the applicant applying to the program and attesting to the resident’s being/having been a resident in good standing.

Interviews

After reviewing completed Residency CAS applications, applicants are invited to interview. We review all applications that are received through Residency CAS. Interviews are held October through January, with both morning and afternoon sessions. Please visit Application Information for further details.

Our program participates in the county program Unified Interview Release Date for each recruitment season which typically occurs in mid-October (For 2025: 10/21/25). After allowing applicants time to consider our initial interview invites, we then begin issuing interview invitations for any open spot on a rolling basis. We utilize Residency CAS for scheduling interviews.

Please also refer to our FAQs for other questions. If you have questions not answered there, please contact our Residency Program Manager, Mr. Ayala.
